20-Month-Old Korean “Baby CrossFitter” Is A Gym Star In The Making; Has His Own Custom Made Kettlebell

While many are still contemplating whether to sign up for the next Hyrox championship, it seems a toddler in South Korea is already prepping to go pro when he comes of age.

Gym Crossfit Tune posted a video on Instagram featuring one of its member’s kids, 20-month-old Jay, trying out the skiErg machine and dubbed him the “Baby CrossFitter”.

A skiErg is a machine that provides a full-body workout, designed to boost endurance and build muscle — not exactly something you’d expect a toddler to be interested in.

But Jay, with his tiny hands gripping the handles, seemed completely focused on his workout.

And that’s not all. In other clips, the pint-sized gym bro can be seen working on his form with his very own kettlebell.

According to his parents, it was specially crafted by his uncle.

One impressed netizen commented: “How does this baby do it so well?” to which the gym replied that they were just as surprised when they first saw him using the machine.

Jay’s dedication (and cuteness) has left many (us included) feeling guilty about skipping their own workouts.

Some have also asked how they could meet Jay, and the gym responded that the mini fitness star usually makes his appearance during the 6:50 pm class.

Not even two years old, and this baby is already a gym icon.
