SINGAPORE: The display of Singapore and Malaysia flags at an event on Hong Lim Park’s Speaker’s Corner on Sunday is under investigation, Singapore police confirmed on Thursday (Nov 17).
According to a Facebook event page, the Yellow Sit-in event was organised by Community Action Network (CAN Singapore) to allow those in Singapore to “stand in solidarity” with Bersih 2.0, a Malaysian electoral reform pressure group set to hold a rally in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.
