KUALA LUMPUR: The upcoming tender to appoint a privately financed assets company (AssetsCo) for the development of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high-speed rail (HSR) project may see up to 10 bidding consortiums, said MyHSR Corp Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Mohd Nur Ismal Mohamed Kamal.
