For her pop-up’s duration, Jasmine will be based at Wren daily to do the baking.
Wren is owned by seafood temple Naked Finn’s founder Ken Loon, who rebranded it from another concept called Mooi Patisserie last year. “It’s very much a fun pop-up for both Dona and us,” he tells 8days.sg when we asked if Dona Bakehouse was planning to open an outlet in Singapore. So, not… yet?
As for how the collab came about, he shares: “We are constantly looking for top quality products [and] brands to do pop-ups. Jasmine is an amazing baker and we reached out to her.”
Dona Bakehouse’s pop-up from July 13-21 at Wren, 438C Alexandra Rd, #01-06/07 Block C Alexandra Technopark, Singapore 119968. Open daily 8.30am-4pm or till sold out. More updates at www.instagram.com/donabakehouse and www.instagram.com/wren.singapore.
