At PestBusters, Malaysians working for the company commuted daily into Singapore before borders closed. To have them return now under special travel arrangements, the company estimates it would have to pay as much as S$5,000 per worker per month. Now, even as firms have the option of bringing workers back, some are thinking twice. Gwyneth Teo explains.
