Singaporean border agents seized 3,000 cartons of contraband cigarettes at the Woodlands checkpoint early yesterday from a Malaysia-registered truck. Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) say the cartons were found hidden in boxes that were disguised to be assorted biscuits.
